Our quest to find freelancer-friendly coworking spaces takes us to Birmingham, the city that attracts more than 34 million visitors a year and boasts more canals than Venice.

A stones throw from cafes and restaurants is The Transfer, part of The Old Printworks coworking spaces. Within the heritage building are all manner of professionals at work, from yoga instructors to artists. Here you’ll be embraced into the community, and be able to pop over to the iconic Moseley Baths on your lunch hour for a quick dip. This coworking space pitches itself as a well-priced option too.
