Switching to Pandle: A KashFlow Alternative

With the rollout of Making Tax Digital taking hold more and more businesses are getting to grips with digital bookkeeping software. So, what are your options?

There are certainly plenty of software providers to choose from, covering a broad range of features and tools at different levels. Here at Pandle we set out to provide powerful accounting software which helps to save time, reduces the risk of confusing errors, is easy to use, and easy to look at.

It’s why we often hear from small businesses and freelancers who are looking for a reliable alternative to KashFlow.

Should I use KashFlow or Pandle?

Like all business decisions, the answer to this depends on what you’re looking for. At Pandle we focus on developing bookkeeping tools on a very stable foundation of research and testing. We take our time to make sure that we get things right.

We strip out unnecessary jargon so you can find your way around your bookkeeping more easily, and have all sorts of guides, articles, and product tours too. You can also chat directly to one of our trained bookkeepers using the Live Chat button, for free, as often as you need to.

And of course, to save you typing everything out all over again, you can also import your customers, suppliers, and invoices into Pandle quickly and easily. To export them from KashFlow, click ‘Reports’, and select the ‘Sales’ tab to choose your ‘Customer Report, or the ‘Purchases’ tab for your list of suppliers.

To try out our time-saving features, take Pandle Pro out for a spin. Don’t worry, we won’t ask for your bank details!
